Broadway adaptation of “dinner with paramecium and human”

“Dinner with paramecium and human” is adapted for the theater using a two-level proscenium. Human and paramecium perform on separate levels. They communicate via patented sky/water audio translators. Obviously water is on the lower level. Why? The play flops and closes after three minutes.
